Appeal by defendant and cross-complainant in an action for annulment of a marriage, wherein the court ordered judgment of annulment in favor of plaintiff and cross-defendant.
Epitomizing the facts, it appears from the record that on or about September 7, 1935, the parties hereto, after cohabiting together for a period of two years, entered into a marriage ceremony at Ventura in this state.
