This action was brought by the receiver uf a corporation to recover from defendant alleged misappropriations of money which it is claimed belonged to the corporation.

A demurrer to defendant’s amended answer was sustained. From *351that ruling he appeals. Review of that ruling requires analysis of the petition and amended answer. The petition contained two causes of action.
