Jimmy Jones (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming in part, and remanding in part, a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ). The WCJ held that Claimant established a work-related injury entitling him to medical benefits, but he did not award Claimant disability because there was no loss of earnings associated with the injury.
