1. It is contended on behalf of the plaintiff that the property in controversy, which was seized on execution and sold to satisfy the judgment recovered by the defendant against John H. Hanson, the husband, was the partnership property of Hanson and his wife, Oaretha M. Hanson, as the firm of Hanson & Co., and had been previously transferred to Green for the benefit of the plaintiff, and to secure to it and others partnership debts of Hanson & Co., and therefore the seizure and sale of the' property in question for the debt of the husband were wrongful, and that the defendant is liable for…
