— In this case the appellants, the plaintiffs below, on the 20th day of October, 1880, filed their complaint against the appellees, in substance, as follows:
“ The plaintiffs Benjamin Haas, Barnhard Weis and Adolph Haas, partners, trading under the name and style of Haas & Weis, complain of Daniel J. Shaw and Eliza L.
