Garey Kramer 1 appeals a judgment of dismissal entered on a defense verdict in his product liability action against J.I. Case Manufacturing Co. (Case). Kramer contends that the trial court erred in treating this case as one filed under the tort reform act, in refusing to instruct the jury On several alternative liability theories, in limiting his discovery, and in making several evidentiary rulings. He also asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial. We affirm.
