2Per curiam

The defendant, Mattie Smith, appeals from a Superior Court adjudication that she violated the conditions of her probation. The hearing justice ordered the defendant to serve eight months of a previously imposed sentence, with twenty-three months suspended. The defendant was on probation for a previous conviction when the state charged her with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
