Before the court is the motion of Defendant, The Trustees of Guilford Technical Community College (“GTCC”), to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint of Plaintiff Gail Blackburn (“Blackburn”) pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1), 12(b)(2), and 12(b)(6). (Doc. 29.)
