¶1. This case is on appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Waukesha County, James R. Kieffer, Circuit Court Judge. The appeal is here on certification from the court of appeals. Wis. Stat. (Rule) § 809.61 (1997-98).1 Arlyne M. Lambrecht, the plaintiff, brought this action against the Estate of David D.
