¶ 1. Patrick Fur Farm, Inc., appeals a summary judgment dismissing its claims against United Vaccines, Inc., and its insurer, Zurich American Insurance Company. Patrick argues the circuit court erred by concluding its state law claims were preempted by federal law. We disagree and affirm the judgment.

BACKGROUND
