Allen W. Krone and his father Francis Krone brought this action in the district court for Kimball County against Elsie F. Heidemann, a widow; Melba V. and Patrick J. Lacy, wife and husband; Marion G. and Ruth K. Heidemann, husband and wife; Llera A. and Gardner A.
