This action sought to recover the reasonable value of plaintiff’s services arising out of an oral contract by which the defendant corporation employed him to design and aid in designing a new and more practical swather for its manufacture and sale. The defendant filed a motion to make definite and certain winch was sustained in part and overruled in part, and the plaintiff filed an amended petition.
