Kaul, J.:

This is an action for damages arising out of an alleged misappropriation of trade secrets. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff on the issue of liability. The question of damages, by agreement of the parties, was reserved for further determination. The appellants have appealed from the judgment and plaintiff has cross-appealed for the limited purpose of clarification of the judgment.
