Defendant was involved in a car accident and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. A police officer went to the hospital and asked defendant for his driver’s license. Defendant refused to present a license, and the officer cited defendant for failure to carry or present a license under ORS SC^^OUXb), 1 arrested defendant, 2 and took him to the police station.
