Defendant was indicted for possession, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to manufacture and to deliver a controlled substance. ORS 475.992; ORS 161.450. The trial court granted his pretrial motion to suppress evidence, and the state appeals. We reverse.

The following facts were found by the trial court and are supported by evidence. On September 20,1992, Detective Looney of the Coos County sheriffs office received an anonymous tip, through a dispatcher, that defendant and Jerry Spikes were “cooking” methamphetamine at defendant’s property.
