The bill in this case was filed July 20, 1888, for the purpose of quieting title. Decree was rendered in the court below for complainant, and defendants appeal.

Both parties claim title through Michael Oannane, who died in July, 1851, seized of the land in dispute, and other lands in the immediate vicinity. He left surviving him a widow and four children, three of whom were the issue of his first marriage, and one the issue of his second marriage. He left a will bequeathing to his widow one-third of his personal and real estate during her natural life, and the balance to his children in equal…
