LINDLEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a nonprofit, co-operative agricultural association, organized under the laws of the state of California, brought this suit against defendants to enjoin them from threatening plaintiff and its customers with suit for infringement by reason of the manufacture and sale of plaintiff’s raisin syrup. Defendants Avis, Ameer, Younan, and Baboo áre owners of patent 1,381,613, granted June 14, 1921, for grape syrup.
