MERRILL, Justice.
Certiorari was granted on petition of Baggett Transportation Company, a corporation, to review a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Etowah County awarding compensation to the plaintiff, R. E. Holder-field, for injuries received while he was an employee of said company. The proceedings were instituted in the trial court under the Alabama Workmen’s Compensation Law, Chapter 5, Title 26, Code 1940.
