This suit was brought by Gr. W.‘ Castle and Vessie Castle, citizens and taxpayers of the city of Louisa, a city of the fifth class, to enjoin two street improvement bond issues, one for $150,000.00 and 'the other for $10,-000.00. A demurrer was sustained to the petition and the petition dismissed. Plaintiffs appeal.

It seems that the city council took the precaution to have both issues submitted to a vote of the people at the regular election in November, 1919, and that each issue was carried by the requisite majority. It is.…
