OPINION

KEITH, Chief Justice.

This workers’ compensation matter is before us by certiorari on the relation of employee Richard Jerde to review a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals reversing an award of economic recovery benefits which was based upon a finding that post-injury employment did not meet the requirements of Minn.Stat. § 176.101, subd. 36(b). 1 We reverse and reinstate the award of benefits.
