THE PARTIES

Plaintiff National Football League Properties, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “NFLP”) is a California corporation jointly owned by the twenty-eight member clubs of the National Football League (hereinafter referred to as “member clubs”). NFLP is the exclusive licensing agent for the registered and common law marks of the member clubs. Plaintiff Seattle Professional Football Club is a general partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington.
