OPINION
HARTEN, Judge.
Appellant challenges the district court’s ruling that respondent was not negligent per se in driving a road grader without a class B driver’s license. We affirm.
FACTS
On December 2, 1991, decedent Kathleen Ann Kubes was driving her car in the westbound lane of State Highway 19 in Scott County. The highway was covered with snow and ice. Decedent lost control of her car and skidded across the center line. At the same time, respondent Timothy Schoen-bauer was clearing the east-bound lane with a road grader.
