OPINION AND ORDER
JOHN W. REYNOLDS, District Judge.
The complaint in this case was filed December 1, 1966. Defendants filed mo tions to dismiss the action and, in the alternative, to order that the action not be maintained as a class action. The complaint was amended and the amended version was received by this court on March 24,1967. Affidavits in support of defendants’ previous motions were filed, and on April 10, 1967, a hearing was held on these motions.
