MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] Roland Riemers appeals the dismissal with prejudice of his civil action1 against Jenese Peters-Riemers (n/k/a Peters-Harris), his former wife, her attorney, *623Michael Gjesdahl, and his law firm. We affirm.
