Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:
Appellant was convicted by general court-martial in Germany, on a charge of willful disobedience of the lawful order of a superior officer, in violation of Article 90, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §‘684. He was sentenced to" be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for three , years.
