This is a will contest in which the validity of an instrument purporting to be the last will of Friedrich Bose, deceased, and a codicil thereto are involved. The petition for probate is in the usual form. Objections to probate were filed by Mrs. C. F. Knutzen, a daughter, and Ernest, Herman, William, Albert and Fredrick Rieth, grandsons, challenge the validity of the instrument in suit, on the grounds that the same is not executed as required by law, or properly attested; that the testator at the time of the execution of said instrument, “by reason of old age and general mental inability,”…
