This is a proceeding in equity to cancel four warranty deeds which the amended petition charges “were executed on April 4, 1929,” by Joseph Blochowitz when he “was eighty-five years of age, and because of his extreme age and the condition of his health he was mentally incompetent to execute such conveyances;” as to which it is further alleged that they “were procured by fraud and undue influence, practiced by the defendants John A.
