MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRIAN BARNETT DUFF, District Judge.
Kevin Yalliere brings six claims against Steven Kaplan, Daniel Waligurski, Officer Perciabosco, and other unknown, unnamed officers of the Police Department of the City of Rolling Meadows and the Sheriff’s Department of Cook County. He brings these same six claims against the City of Rolling Meadows and Cook County. The defendants 1 have raised a wealth of issues in their motions to dismiss these claims pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R.Civ.P., and this court will dispose of many of them now.
