This is an action by two workmen for damages for personal injuries suffered by them as a result of a fall from a scaffold located on the premises of defendant corporation.
Defendant was constructing a building in Riverside. Through its own employees, it constructed the frame for the walls of the building and affixed “celotex” to the frame after its construction.
