This suit was brought by plaintiff, soon after he became of age, to recover damages from defendant for an assault and injury to his person, alleged to have been committed when he was twelve years old, and to have produced varicocele and other attendant personal difficulties of a very serious and permanent character. The testimony tends to show that plaintiff is, and for several years has been, in a bad way.
