This is an appeal by the plaintiff from the denial of his motion to set aside a non-suit and from the judgment of nonsuit rendered in an action for personal injuries. The appeal from the judgment was mere surplusage and added nothing. Hannon v. Waterbury, 106 Conn. 13, 14, 136 A. 876; Maltbie, Conn. App. Proc., §118. The exclusive method of attacking the court’s action in rendering a judgment of nonsuit is to appeal from the denial of the plaintiff’s motion to set aside the judgment. General Statutes, Cum. Sup. 1955, 4 3183d.
