BEAM, Circuit Judge.
Bradley Davis appeals the district court’s 1 denial of his petition to vacate or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
Davis pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than fifty grams of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841 (b)(1)(B)(viii). Davis had no plea agreement and at the plea hearing, admitted that he was responsible for the distribution of between fifty and 500 grams of methamphetamine.
