MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

RICHARD G. KOPF, District Judge.

Richard M. Fleming (“Fleming”) filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and that court transferred the Petition to this court. (Filing No. 1.) Because the Petition is frivolous and without merit for both procedural and substantive reasons, it will be dismissed. I also take this opportunity to declare that the complaint filed with the Nebraska Counsel on Discipline against Michael Hansen (“Hansen”), Fleming’s lawyer, is wholly without merit and likely asserted for the improper…
