The main action herein is an ordinary foreclosure proceeding, and was commenced March 12, 1928. The mortgage involved a quarter section of land situated in Sioux County, Iowa. The defendants Hubert P. Muilenburg and Minnie Muilenburg, husband and wife, were the legal title holders. The other defendants named in the caption were alleged to be subsequent lien holders. Judgment and decree were entered on default in the main action April 13, 1928, and it may be observed at this time that with the original foreclosure suit the plaintiff bank is not concerned on this appeal.
