Defendants Donald Revis and South Florida Plastic Surgery Associates move to dismiss this case on two grounds.1 First, defendants argue that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over them. Second, defendants contend that plaintiff has failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted because she failed to comply with the presuit notice and screening requirements of the Florida Medical Malpractice Reform Act.
