Kentucky General, Inc., doing business as Norman King Electric (“Electric”), petitions for review of a National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) order finding Electric guilty of unfair labor practices in violation of §§ 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3) (1994). The Board cross-petitions for enforcement of the same order.
