This is an appeal by the Board of Education of the Lawn-dale- School District and its secretary, Kenneth E. Ricketts, from a judgment of the superior court granting a peremptory writ of mandamus commanding the board to set aside its decision in an administrative proceeding and to reconsider its action in the light of the court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law.
