This is an appeal by the defendant below from a judgment setting aside and cancelling a written lease, executed by plaintiff and defendant, on the ground that plaintiff’s signature thereto *454was obtained by fraud and deception on the part of the defendant.

The facts, as disclosed by the pleadings and evidence, are substantially as follows:
