BELSON, Senior Judge:

Each of the four appellants was charged with a single count of demonstrating in the United States Capitol building in violation of D.C.Code § 9 — 112(b)(7) (1981).1 Following a bench trial, the trial judge found all appellants guilty and sentenced them to five days imprisonment with execution of the sentence suspended. The trial judge then placed appellants on six months probation and ordered each to perform twenty-five hours of community service.
