This is an action brought pursuant to the federal Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”) and various Michigan statutes: the Michigan Motor Vehicle Installment Sales Contracts Act (“MVISCA”), Mich.Comp.Laws 566.302; the Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act (“MVSFA”), Mioh.Comp.Laws 492.112; and the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (“MCPA”), Mich.Comp.Laws 445.911.
