DECISION AND ORDER
RANDA, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judg ment. For the following reasons, plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment is granted and the defendant’s motion is denied.
FACTS
Boiled down to its essentials, this case is basically a collection action. The National Training Fund for the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Industry (“the National Fund”) is a multi-employer apprenticeship and training trust fund established pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
