The Plaintiff in this case, Ana Reynoso (“Reynoso” or the “Plaintiff’), commenced this action against the Defendant All Foods, Inc. (“All Foods” or the “Defendant”), asserting causes of action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging gender discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation.
