Wines, District Judge:
This matter was initiated against the petitioner, a duly licensed and practicing attorney at Las Vegas, Nevada, by the filing of a complaint with the administrative committee of the State Bar, in and for the counties of Lincoln and Clark, on December 31, 1948. ■The complaint is in the form prescribed by the rules of procedure of the State Bar of Nevada, and charges the petitioner with two offenses.
