Defendant Carl Allan Woolfolk appeals his conviction of Possession of a Controlled Substance, in violation of § 195.202 RSMo 1994, for which he was sentenced to three years imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Execution of sentence was suspended, and Mr. Woolfolk was placed on five years supervised probation.
