Richard Weddle (Defendant) appeals his convictions for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemean- or possession of marijuana, in violation of section 571.031, RSMo 1994, section 195.211, RSMo Cum.Supp.1999, and section 195.202, RSMo 1994, respectively. On his appeal, Defendant contends: (1) he was unreasonably seized without reasonable suspicion in violation of Ten-y v.
