This suit originated in the district court of Coleman county, Tex. The Beeper-Curd Dumber Company sued Jackson Bros, and J. B. Atkinson and wife to recover the sum of $1,054.75, with interest, being the balance due for lumber and materials furnished for the construction of a residence' upon property belonging to Atkinson' and wife.
