I. INTRODUCTION

In this proposed massive class action, thirteen plaintiffs claim that forty-two defendant pharmaceutical manufacturers fraudulently and grossly inflate the prices to consumers of many drugs by misstating the “Average Wholesale Prices” (“AWPs”) of their drugs in industry publications.
