Stroock & Stroock & Lavan (“Stroock”) asks me to declare and enforce a $510,000 attorneys’ charging lien on the settlement proceeds of Stuart L. Kreisler’s claim against this estate. Kreisler does not dispute the validity of Stroock’s lien, the overall quality of Stroock’s work, or the $2 million settlement Strooek obtained on his behalf.
