DECISION ON MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION

Two creditors of the debtor, both law firms in which a fellow named Paul Shoemaker was or is a partner, are sparring in this adversary proceeding over the payment of one by William Daley, the debtor, to the detriment of the other. Liddle & Robinson (“L & R”), Shoemaker’s former firm, charges that Shoemaker and his current law firm, Greenfield, Stein & Senior, L.L.P. (“GSS”), took money from Daley which he had promised to them.
