Appellant objectant, in a proceeding to settle an executor’s account, contests the amount of attorney’s fees awarded for services rendered to the estate. Object-ant, the son of decedent and sole beneficiary of his father’s estate, appeals from an Appellate Division order affirming the award, contending that the Surrogate was improperly influenced by the then existing Monroe County Bar Association minimum fee schedule.
